You will find sobriety from alcohol but more importantly emotional sobriety. Truly caring and wonderful staff in a beautiful, comfortable, luxurious environment.

Great place to start foundations in sobriety. Food/chef is A-Grade, super comfy bed/bedrooms, very non-judgemental place. After being to three rehabs, this is the best.

Fantastic programme with a great mix of sessions. Huge amount of support and tools available if you are willing.

One of the greatest gifts was how quickly I was able to access treatment. I was desperately unwell and waiting weeks for a bed simply wasn’t an option.

I left detox not only medically well but equipped with renewed confidence and the tools to continue my recovery. Most importantly, I left believing that long-term sobriety was possible.

Because The Retreat NZ is a 12 step based rehab it offers much more than just a 'therapeutic community', it provides you with the right tools and connections to set your life on track.

The whole experience has been helpful – to connect to the programme and begin to understand that through the 12 steps we can build manageable lives. I was also blown away by meditation and how powerful it can be.
