We know that getting sober and navigating early recovery can be tricky. We also know that the more support you receive and the more tools available to you, the more likely you are to have a successful outcome.

Not sure if your relationship with alcohol is normal?

Alcoholics Anonymous New Zealand

The Retreat NZ’s programmes are aligned with the 12 Step programme of Alcoholics Anonymous. You will see further down the page that a large body of research has concluded that attending and participating in AA helps in long-lasting recovery.  One of the most powerful tools for recovery is attending regular A.A. meetings and during their time with us, guests will not only be fully immersed in the 12 Step programme of recovery but will attend regular A.A. meetings in Auckland and the Warkworth area.

Visit the A.A. website for more information about how A.A. works and what to expect in an A.A. meeting.
