The Retreat NZ offers unique, impactful residential programmes to those suffering from alcohol and drug addiction. we are a private rehabilitation centre run by a number of highly experienced volunteers and professionals who aim to help individuals on their road to recovery.
The Retreat NZ welcomes guests from throughout the country into a safe and caring environment. What makes us different from any other rehab in Auckland is that our staff have experienced dependency issues and have found an enlightened path to recovery. This allows our guests to surround themselves with individuals who understand their journey.
Upon acceptance into our programme, guests are introduced to others who share similar experiences. This fosters a sense of community and creates hopeful experiences that lead to permanent change. The Retreat in Auckland, New Zealand, takes a targeted approach to rehabilitation and offers a combination of group sessions, individual discovery, and spiritual guidance that can be carried into life long recovery after they leave our centre. We prioritise mental health and work to help individuals find the deep-rooted cause of their addiction so they can tackle it head on. Through awareness and education, our guests see the need for change and The Retreat shows them precisely the steps they need to take to achieve it.
One of the key differences from the Retreat to other centres for rehabilitation in NZ is our onsite, 30-day residential programme. This allows for our guests to receive the full support that they need each day to flourish and become the best version of themselves. The Retreat’s well thought out rehabilitation programme is delivered by a team of experienced professionals and volunteers who understand what it’s like to battle addiction.
Finding the Best Rehab Auckland Has to Offer
If you find yourself searching for “rehabs near me,” look no further than The Retreat’s rehabilitation NZ location. We offer some of the best programmes that Auckland has to offer. Our programme is firmly grounded in the 12 Steps and fosters honesty, integrity, accountability and change. These are all key characteristics that can be applied when you leave The Retreat and continue living in sobriety.
We combine daily 12 Step meetings with lecture and video presentations, group discussions, and individual workshops to help our guests grow and support one another. Through a collaborative effort, we strive to teach our community how to develop the attitudes, behaviours, and skills necessary to build a solid foundation for recovery. Our guests develop an in-depth understanding of the basic principles of recovery as outlined in the “Big Book” of Alcoholics Anonymous. At The Retreat NZ, rehabilitation begins with structure.
If you or a loved one are interested in becoming a guest at The Retreat, contact one of our administration professionals today.
